📦 Shipping Policy

At NaturaleeCurlee, every product is handmade in small batches with care. You're getting fresh product, not something sitting in a warehouse for months.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods such as product launches or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 5–7 business days — calculated at checkout
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not yet available — follow @naturaleecurlee for updates.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and contact USPS with your tracking number. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we will send a replacement.
Incorrect Addresses
Contact us at alyshameyer@naturaleecurlee.com within 24 hours of placing your order to correct your address. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of handmade cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on opened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. A replacement or store credit will be issued promptly. We stand behind every product we make.
Allergic Reactions
We recommend doing a patch test before using any new product — apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. Full ingredient lists are available on every product page.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us at alyshameyer@naturaleecurlee.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking
- Respond to customer service requests
- Send marketing emails (only if you've opted in — unsubscribe anytime)

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share only with: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), shipping carriers (USPS), email marketing tools (opted-in customers only), and analytics providers (anonymized data).

California Residents (CCPA)
